    • 2 sweet potatoes
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
    • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

    Instructions
     

    • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a sheet pan with foil.
    • Clean sweet potatoes. Peel the skin off and then dice into small, ½-inch pieces. Place potatoes on sheet pan.
