What To Serve With Falafel
Ingredients
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a sheet pan with foil.
- Clean sweet potatoes. Peel the skin off and then dice into small, ½-inch pieces. Place potatoes on sheet pan.
- Pour oil, garlic salt, and pepper over sweet potatoes. Toss to coat.
