- 7 oz angel hair pasta
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons olive. oil
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Boil a water in a large pot. Add salt into the boiling water.
- Place pasta in the water and cook according to package directions. Once cooked, reserve ¼ cup of the cooking water and then drain the rest.
- In a large saucepan or skillet, warm olive oil over low heat. Add garlic and stir for 1 minute.
- Add red pepper flakes. Add the ¼ cup reserved water and then the angel hair pasta.
- Remove from heat. Stir in Parmesan cheese. Serve warm.
