  • 4 russet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Clean potatoes and pat dry.
  • Line baking sheet with foil. Place potatoes on foil. Prick each potato with fork on the top.
  • Drizzle oil over potatoes. Season with salt. Place potatoes in the oven and bake for 45 minutes - 1 hour.
