Ingredients
  

  • 1 10-12 ounce chilean sea bass
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Gently pat sea bass dry with a paper towel.
  • Add butter and olive oil to a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Place fish in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side. You want the internal temperature to reach 145 degrees F. Season with salt.
  • Serve warm.
