  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place fish fillets on the baking sheet. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
  • Brush melted butter on the fish. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
