Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 English cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced
  • ¾ cup Italian dressing

Instructions
 

  • Cook rigatoni according to package directions. Drain and run the pasta under cool water in a colander to cool off the pasta.
  • Place cooked rigatoni in large bowl. Stir in diced red pepper, cucumbers, red onion, and Italian dressing. Toss to combine.
  • Serve or cover and store in the refrigerator.
