Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line baking sheet with foil. Lightly spray foil with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Place halved cherry tomatoes in a bowl. Pour on olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  • Pour tomatoes out on prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes and serve.
