- 16 ounces cherry tomatoes halved
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line baking sheet with foil. Lightly spray foil with non-stick cooking spray.
Place halved cherry tomatoes in a bowl. Pour on olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
Pour tomatoes out on prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes and serve.
